Exchange Policy

At Faradha Qatar, we want you to love every pair you wear. If something isn't quite right — whether it's the size, color, or style — we make it easy to exchange your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

What Can Be Exchanged?

• Size exchanges — Get the right fit with a different size
• Color exchanges — Swap for a different color of the same style
• Style exchanges — Exchange for a different style of equal or higher value (difference to be paid)

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or worn items — Items that have been used or worn after delivery cannot be exchanged under any circumstances
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Items without original packaging or missing tags
• Requests made after the 7-day exchange window

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
2. Let us know the new size, color, or style you prefer
3. Our team will confirm availability and provide return instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new pair promptly

Exchange Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item
• We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item within Qatar
• For international exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund at no extra cost to you.
